We follow “Four Eyes” principle in all our critical operations – double checks are employed in order to minimise, if not eliminate, mistakes. Wrong picking, wrong quantity and wrong delivery destination are extremely rare in Veritas. All critical data entries are double checked before the data base is updated. We follow SOP in receiving, storage and delivery activities.

Information Technology

We have very high reliance on contemporary Information Technology. Our custom-built, state of the art software, designed to handle the complications of bonded warehouse, including bond-wise stock, interest free storage, bond-wise warehousing period, shelf expiry, and value/duty of the stock etc., is perhaps the best in the industry.

We are able to service customers orders with accuracy, speed and efficiency. In addition to various stock reports, our software also generates MIS reports such as Depletion Report (general, brand-wise and customer-wise), Slow Moving Stocks, Non-Moving Stocks, Stock Ageing, Shelf Life Expiry and Bond Expiry etc.

Veritas customers access their stock data and MIS reports on 24x7 basis through our web site.
